Filip Eisenreich

Filip Eisenreich currently serves as the Executive Director of Supply Chain at Norican Group, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Filip was the Managing Director at LEEL Coils Europe from August 2003 to January 2022, where strategic leadership was provided for a major manufacturer of heat exchangers, overseeing a €40M annual revenue and a workforce of 350. Additionally, Filip fulfilled the role of Financial Controller (CFO) at LEEL Coils Europe, establishing a controlling structure for multiple manufacturing sites in Europe. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at JANKA Engineering from May 2011 to August 2018, where business restructuring and divestment efforts were managed, and as Plant Controller at Valeo, focusing on cost control in a leading automotive supplier's local division. Filip is an MBA graduate in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
