Gerald Wynne

Gerald Wynne has extensive work experience in the field of security and privacy. Gerald started their career at Noridian Mutual Insurance in 2002 as the Director of Security and Privacy. In 2006, they transitioned to Noridian Administrative Services, LLC as a Senior System Security Officer. In 2011, Gerald joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota as the CISO, Senior Director of Enterprise Security, where they directed corporate projects and security training to ensure compliance with security standards. In 2016, they were promoted to CISO, Vice President of Security, Physical Security, 3rd Party Risk, and Facilities. Gerald has also been actively involved in various professional organizations, serving as the President of the Board of Directors for ISACA Fargo Chapter starting in 2023 and previously as the Board Vice President. Gerald has also contributed to the community as a Soccer Coach for Tri-City United Soccer Club and as the Treasurer for the Board of Directors. Additionally, Gerald served on the Board of Directors for the Tri City Storm Soccer Club from 2017 to 2020.

Gerald Wynne holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Mary. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In September 2004, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA. Gerald further strengthened their expertise in information security by earning the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in July 2009. Additionally, in June 2011, they obtained the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification from ISACA.
