Jason Pratt is an experienced customer service professional with over two decades in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Customer Contact Center Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since November 2019, Jason has a proven track record in coaching teams to achieve performance goals and fostering a customer-centric culture. Prior to this, Jason held various positions at Wells Fargo from January 1999 to November 2019, culminating in the role of Customer Service Supervisor, where responsibilities included interviewing and onboarding new team members, implementing process improvements that positively impacted over 565,000 customers, and building collaborative relationships with business partners. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
