Noril'skgazprom OAO (Norilskgazprom OJSC) is a Russia-based company, the main activity of which is the extraction, processing and transportation of natural gas and gas condensate. The Company provides gas to the enterprises and inhabitants within the territories of Taymyrsk Dolgano-Nenetsk and Noril'sk regions. It operates through branch, located in Moscow and in Noril'sk, as well as through one representative office located in Krasnoyarsk. As of March 1, 2013, the Company's major shareholder was GMK Noril'skiy nikel' OAO with a stake of 56.17%.
