Joanna Grant's work experience spans several companies and roles. Joanna currently works as a Senior Consultant in Business Analysis at Norima Consulting Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, Joanna worked at Ritchie Bros. as a Business System Analyst from 2019 to 2022. During their time at Ritchie Bros., they successfully launched an internal iOS app, a Territory Planning app in Salesforce, and a CTI solution. Before Ritchie Bros, Joanna worked at iQmetrix from 2015 to 2019 as a Product Owner/Business Analyst, where they facilitated the transition to a cloud-based multi-tenant microservice and delivered a third-party authentication system. Prior to iQmetrix, Joanna worked at Norima Consulting Inc. as a Business Analyst from 2008 to 2015, undertaking business analysis assignments in various industries. Joanna also worked as a Consulting Project Manager and Business Analyst for an Insurance Regulatory Body in 2015 and 2014, where they managed the License Management System. Joanna has also worked for Wawanesa Insurance as a Consulting Business Analyst in 2013, and for Ceridian Canada Ltd. as a Consulting Business Analyst in 2011.
