Michelle Tio

Michelle Tio has worked as a Senior Consultant - Product Owner at Norima Consulting Inc. since June 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at U.S. Bank, including Product Owner from November 2017 to May 2021, Lead Account Coordinator from October 2016 to November 2017, and Account Coordinator from July 2015 to October 2016.

Michelle Tio attended the University of Minnesota from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Their field of study was Business Marketing and Education. In addition to their degree, Michelle has obtained several certifications. In December 2017, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Watermark Learning. More recently, in March 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE). Additionally, in May 2021, Michelle achieved a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the same institution.
