Ryan Rapson

Ryan Rapson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Ryan began their career as a Software Developer at Michigan National Bank in 1990. Later, they joined Jackson National Life, where they held various roles including Lead in Software Development, Sr IT Project Manager, and Manager in Software Development. During their time at Jackson National Life, Ryan was responsible for leading teams, collaborating with technology and business partners, and implementing strategies to improve productivity. In 2019, they joined Tech Mahindra as an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager, where they served as an operational manager and change agent for Agile principles and Scrum values. Currently, they are working at Norima Consulting Inc. as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, accountable for the successful delivery of projects and providing leadership to their team.

Ryan Rapson attended Michigan State University from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. In February 2020, they also obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
