Jamie Kral has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries.

Starting in 1996, Jamie worked as a Retail Sales Associate at New City Retail until 2003.

From 1998 to 2006, Jamie worked at Connor Winfield as a Quality Engineer, followed by an internship position.

In 2006, Jamie joined TouchSensor Technologies as a Quality Engineer until 2009.

At UICO, Jamie held various roles, beginning as a Quality Manager from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Jamie worked as Manufacturing & Process Engineering, and then moved on to become the Process Engineering Manager until 2016.

Since 2016, Jamie has been working at Norix Furniture, first as a Quality Assurance Manager until 2018. Jamie then transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Manager until 2021, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience.

Jamie Kral attended Waubonsee Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they received an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Engineering. From 2000 to 2002, Jamie pursued further education at Northern Illinois University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
