Melinda Caragan

Melinda Caragan currently serves as Chief People Officer at Norlee Group (NLG) since March 2023, after holding the position of Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to this role, Melinda worked at TigerConnect from January 2021 to March 2023 as Director, HR Business Partner and Sr. HRBP. Additionally, Melinda was an Advisory Board Member at TalenTrust from August 2020 to August 2021. Melinda's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Critical Alert from September 2013 to December 2020, where responsibilities included Vice President of Administration, Vice President of Human Resources, and HR Manager. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University.
