Guido Grandi

Guido Grandi currently serves as CEO and Vorstandsvorsitzender of NORMA Group SE, overseeing sectors including automotive new mobility, industrial operations, and water management since June 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles as CEO at WKW.automotive from October 2014 to July 2023, and at BILSTEIN from October 2009 to September 2014, where responsibilities encompassed engineering and sales. At ThyssenKrupp Presta SteerTec GmbH, Grandi was CEO from April 2006 to June 2010, managing revenues of €200 million and three manufacturing plants in Germany and Poland. Additional positions include VP of Purchasing at ThyssenKrupp Budd Company, Purchasing Manager at Ford Motor Company, and various roles at United Technologies and Ford. Grandi holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
