Jack Yang has extensive experience in the automotive and engineering sectors, starting as a Product Engineer at the Research Institute of Nanjing Audio, where speaker systems were designed for FIAT and GM. Jack held the position of Programs Department Manager at Futuris Interiors Automotive from June 2006 to February 2010 and continued in a similar role at NORMA Group from February 2010 to May 2014, overseeing projects for major OEMs and leading cross-functional teams. Jack advanced to become the Director of Project Management for the Global Fluid Division and later the Director of Project Management for APAC, reporting directly to senior executives. Additionally, Jack managed the second plant of Norma China in Changzhou. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, obtained from 2001 to 2005.
