Pallavi Sarkar

Pallavi Sarkar serves as the Country Head - Director HR & Compliance Officer for NORMA Group in India since September 2022, overseeing Human Resources functions and compliance across all Indian entities. Previously, Pallavi held multiple HR leadership roles at Schaeffler from April 2015 to September 2022, including Head Shared Services and Head Talent Acquisition, with responsibilities spanning HR operations and corporate social responsibility. Pallavi's earlier experience includes HR roles at VARROC Engineering, Terex India, Cummins India, Suzlon Energy Limited, and Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd. Pallavi holds an Executive Program in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, an MBA in HR and Marketing from Indira School of Business Studies, and a Master of Arts in English Literature, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Economics, and English Literature.
