Cayla Cleare

Cayla Cleare is an experienced professional in fabric research and development, currently serving as the Director of Fabric R&D and Production at Norma Kamali Inc. since January 2021, and previously held the position of Fabric and Trim Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Fabric R&D Associate and Fabric R&D Assistant at Tory Burch from January 2015 to May 2020, and as a Fabric Assistant at Opening Ceremony from August 2013 to January 2015. Cayla holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion Merchandising Management and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fabric Styling, both from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
