Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in various roles related to nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store for organic body care and environmental products. Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. In the field of nutrition, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019 and contributed as a university instructor in applied mathematics in nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
