Chuck Konrad is the current Head of Talent at Normalyze. Chuck has previous experience as the Global Head of Recruiting at Okta, Inc. and the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Cohesity.

Chuck has a long history of talent management and recruitment. Chuck began their career in staffing and placement before eventually finding their way into corporate recruiting. Chuck has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Okta and Cohesity.

Chuck Konrad has a BA in Psychology from Miami University.
