Mohammed Almeshekah is the Founder and General Partner at Outliers Venture Capital, established in 2020, where the focus is on backing outlier founders. In addition, Mohammed serves as a Board Observer at Lean Technologies and was a Board Observer at StrikeReady until 2023. Mohammed is also a Kauffman Fellow with Kauffman Fellows and holds board positions at ALHOKAMA Eye Center and Penny Software, while contributing as an Advisory Board Member for the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing. Previously, Mohammed was a Lecturer at King Saud University from 2015 to 2022, teaching classes in tech entrepreneurship and cybersecurity, and held the role of Deputy Minister for Planning and Development at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia from 2017 to 2018. Mohammed's education includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Cybersecurity from Purdue University, an MSc in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from King Saud University.
