Amy Bristow

Amy Bristow is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Norman Broadbent Plc since January 2024, Amy previously worked as the Financial Controller at Specialized Bicycle Components from April 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing finances for a new retail entity focused on acquisitions. Prior experience at Wates Group as Head of Financial Reporting entailed overseeing statutory and management reporting for one of the UK's largest construction companies. Amy's career also includes significant roles at Global as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and at BT in multiple finance positions, beginning with a finance graduate scheme and advancing to Senior Finance Manager. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Business Studies from the University of Warwick.
