David Wilson

David leads the Chemicals practice at Norman Broadbent Group. His career spans 19 years in executive search, interim management, talent management (talent mapping, competitor analysis, and talent pipelining), and leadership assessment/development. His sector experience includes Chemicals, Energy, Healthcare, Infrastructure and Transportation, and Manufacturing. However, he has had a specialist focus on the Chemicals sector since 2014.

During this time, David has gained extensive experience delivering searches and consultancy projects for Chemical Distributors, Manufacturers, and Refineries across Asia, Europe, and North America. This has resulted in a successful track record of providing board-level strategic hires into companies ranging from privately owned single-site companies to international multi-million turnover businesses.

David has a keen understanding of psychometric testing and the interpretation and analysis of psychometric results. He is a fully trained Saville Wave Behaviour Assessment Practitioner and a Thomas International Practitioner for Personality Profile Analysis.
