Racheal Brown

Racheal Brown is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing & eCommerce at Norman Love Confections since June 2025. Prior to this role, Racheal held the position of VP of Marketing & eComm at SEE Eyewear from May 2024 to June 2025 and served as SVP of Marketing & eComm at Floyd for nearly seven years, where Racheal also took on roles as Head of Marketing and Head of Growth Marketing. Earlier experience includes working as a Digital Marketing Manager at Shinola and various positions at Infinity, including Senior Manager of Training & Development, Sales Manager for Campaign Specialists assigned to Google, and AdWords Campaign Specialist assigned to Google. Racheal Brown earned a degree from Eastern Michigan University, completing studies between 2010 and 2015.
