Chris Bowers is an experienced Project Manager with an extensive background in highways and public realm enhancements. Currently serving as Project Manager at Norman Rourke Pryme since March 2018 and as Programme and Contract Manager at Westminster City Council since February 2017, Chris has successfully led high-profile projects. Previous roles include Project Manager for FM Conway Ltd, overseeing the East West Cycle Superhighway, and at Transport for London. During a tenure at London Borough of Waltham Forest, Chris managed a multi-disciplinary team on various transport and safety initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as Principal Consultant Engineer for Project Centre Ltd on the London Cycle Hire Scheme and significant roles at Islington Council and Taylor Wimpey plc, encompassing engineering, design, and project management responsibilities. Chris holds degrees from Kingston University and Anglia Ruskin University.
