Jamie Peterson

Jamie Peterson, PhD, is a seasoned speaker, educator, and evaluator with extensive experience in training professionals and fostering educational growth. Currently serving at Enspiring Consulting, LLC since May 2020, Jamie specializes in evidence-based training on critical thinking, performance feedback, emotional agility, mental health, and resilience. As a Psychology Faculty member at Normandale Community College since September 2021, engaging and culturally responsive teaching methods are utilized to support student success. Previous roles include Affiliate Consultant at MDA Leadership Consulting, where Jamie conducted 360 interviews and candidate assessments, and Senior Analyst for Talent Analytics at UnitedHealth Group, focusing on program evaluation. Jamie's academic career features positions as Associate Professor at St. Catherine University, overseeing the Psychology Department, and Assistant Professor at the University of St. Thomas, providing counseling and mentoring to students. Jamie holds a PhD in Educational Psychology and a MA in Counseling & Student Personnel Psychology, both from the University of Minnesota.
