Shirley Chao

Shirley Chao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pension and benefits sector. Currently serving as Principal and Consultant at Normandin Beaudry since October 2017, Shirley has played pivotal roles in managing multi-employer Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit pension plans across Canada. Prior to this, Shirley spent a decade at Aon Hewitt, holding various positions including Benefits Operations Manager, where responsibilities included project management, client relationship management, and operational efficiency improvement. Additionally, Shirley has a solid foundation in customer service from early experience at National Bank of Canada and academic qualifications in Actuarial Science from Concordia University.
