Maggie Buggie has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Business Transformation Consultant at Accenture. Maggie then moved to Fujitsu in 2007, where they held the role of Director/Global Cloud Sales and Consulting. In 2012, Maggie joined Capgemini as Chief Revenue Officer, Digital (Global), VP/Global Head of Digital Customer Experience and Mobile Solutions Sales, Marketing and Industries, and VP/Head of Digital Transformation Sales UK. In 2017, they joined SAP as Chief Business Officer, SAP Customer Success Services and SVP/GM Global Head of Innovation Services and Solutions. In 2019, Maggie became an Advisory Board Member for GreenToken by SAP. In 2021, they joined Spirent Communications as Non Executive Director. Finally, in 2022, Maggie became the Chief Operating Officer at Normative.io.

Maggie Buggie completed their Bachelor of Business Studies Lang (BBS Lang) degree from Trinity College Dublin in 2001, with a field of study in International Business and French. During their studies, they also spent a year at Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Rouen, France, completing their Bachelor of Business Studies French (BBS French) degree in 2000. In 2003, they completed their Masters of Litt (M.Litt) degree by research, with a thesis entitled "Searching for High Performance Work Practices (HPWPs) in Ireland: Insights from the Irish Software Industry".
