Jukka Kurhinen

Jukka Kurhinen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Jukka began their career in 1996 as a Project Engineer at Sinebrychoff and then moved on to Lahti Precision Oy, where they served as a Project Manager and later as a Sales Manager. In 2007, they joined YIT Industria as a General Manager before transitioning to Outotec St.Petersburg in 2009, where they served as the General Manager. In 2010, they became the President of Market Area CIS at Outotec and held this position until 2017. In the same year, they became the General Director of OOO Normet and later held various leadership roles at Normet Group, including Director of Sub-Region Russia, Vice President of Region North Eurasia, and Senior Vice President of Sales Area EMEA. Currently, Jukka Kurhinen holds the position of Senior Vice President of Sales Area Eurasia at Normet Group.

Jukka Kurhinen's education history includes a Diploma in O'Mentor 2015-2016 as a MENTOR from Outotec in 2015-2016. Jukka also holds a B.Eng. degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from HAMK, obtained from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they attended the Raahe Institute of Computer Engineering from 1984 to 1987. Jukka Kurhinen has further achieved a Certificate in Outotec Senior Leader Program from IMD in 2017, and a Certificate in Basic Practices of Equipment Planning, Reliability Management and Criticality Analysis of Equipment by RCM from Простоев.НЕТ in 2017. Jukka has obtained a Diploma in Growth Accelerator Program 2011 from Hanken & SSE Executive Education in 2011, and a Certificate of Attendance in Mining Output Optimization Russia 2011 from International Quality & Productive Centre. Additionally, they hold Certificates in PowerMaint course in Preventive Maintenance and Work Planning from TietoEnator in 2000, and PowerMaint course in Stock Control, Purchasing, and Work Planning from Carelcomp Power in 1997.
