Kirsi Komulainen

Kirsi Komulainen has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting in 2005 as a Psychologist and Consultant at PD Personnel Development. Kirsi then joined YIT - Construction and Building company in 2006, where they held various roles, including Recruitment Coordinator, Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Development Manager, and Senior Human Resources Specialist. At YIT, they were responsible for tasks such as planning and implementation of personnel surveys, learning and development processes, and coordination of assessment tools and language training. Kirsi Komulainen is currently the Head of Human Resources, Finland at Normet Group since 2020.

Kirsi Komulainen completed their education at the University of Jyväskylä, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, they received a Master's degree in Psychology, specializing in Work and Organisational Psychology, from the same university between 1999 and 2005. Kirsi also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Savonia University of Applied Sciences earned from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Kirsi Komulainen obtained a qualification in Occupational Health Psychology from Psykonet (the Finnish University Network of Psychology) in 2018.
