Fredrik Holmén

Customer Acquisition and Experience Lead at NORNORM

Fredrik Holmén has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Fredrik started their career at Accenture in 1998, where they worked as a Manager in the Supply Chain Service Line of Business until 2006. Following that, Holmén co-founded Keybroker AB in 2006, where they served as the CTO until 2012. During their time at Keybroker, they focused on accelerating clients' digital business by leveraging customer data. From 2012 to 2019, they were the CEO of Feedeo, an online advertising platform for large merchants. In 2014, Holmén became the CEO of Keybroker, emphasizing the use of actionable insights derived from customer data to drive growth for clients. Fredrik held this position until 2020 when they joined ARC Arise Consultants Group as a Partner. At ARC, their focus is on helping clients build their digital marketing capabilities. Additionally, they are currently the Customer Acquisition and Experience Lead at NORNORM, a subscription-based furnishing model aiming to improve workspaces. Throughout their career, Holmén has also been involved as an investor in companies such as Cuviva AB, Supply Clinic, and Recycla.se, and served as a Board Member for Marville Road.

Fredrik Holmén obtained their MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Economics from Lund University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
