Bill Hudson

Bill Hudson joined NMP in 2001 as its CFO. Bill is responsible for internal and external financial reporting, accounting, tax, limited partner relations and administration of the Firm’s active funds and management company. In addition to working with other partners and portfolio companies on investment structuring and other financial matters, Bill was previously a board director or observer for several prior NMP investments including Gateway One Lending (acquired by TCF Financial) and Dealer Services Corporation (acquired by Manheim).

Prior to joining NMP, Bill held senior financial management positions with several companies, including Equifax and nBank.com.He began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he spent nine years auditing large multinational companies. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant and received a BS in commerce with distinction from the University of Virginia.
