As part of an international and full-service firm, Adrian leads NORR’s Western Canada Engineering practice which embodies structural, mechanical and electrical engineering teams. As a natural go-getter, he began his career in academia as an Associate Professor of Structural Engineering, while simultaneously working in the private sector as an engineer. Today, as a seasoned leader, he consistently navigates projects that boast a high degree of complexity by designing based on a strong theoretical background, a collaborative approach and tapping into more than two decades of practical experience.
His portfolio spans across the country, with some of his most notable projects in Alberta, including the 58-storey The Bow building, the highly sought after Westman Village mixed-use complex and 25 RCMP detachments throughout the Province. The diversity of his experience has cultivated Adrian’s solution-oriented approach, which provides the strong foundation for integrated thinking, value engineering and continuous project innovation.
