Johan Westerlund

Johan Westerlund has extensive work experience in finance and controlling roles. Johan is currently working at Norrmejerier as the Head of Controlling and Acting CFO. In this role, they manage a team of four controllers and is responsible for restructuring the controlling function in alignment with the company's new strategy. Johan is also responsible for the annual budget and forecast.

Prior to joining Norrmejerier, Johan worked at 3 Sverige where they held multiple roles. Johan was the Manager of Business Controlling Sales & Operations, where they managed a team of three controllers and was a member of the board of management for sales. Johan was responsible for business controlling of Operations & Logistics Sweden and played a crucial role in the annual budgeting process. Johan supported the CEO, CFO, and senior management with reporting, presentations, and analysis.

Additionally, Johan worked as a Financial Controller and Financial Trainee at 3 Sverige. Before that, they gained experience as an Accounting Clerk at Siemens Financial Services and GE Capital Solutions.

Johan Westerlund completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting and Finance from Umeå School of Business and Economics, between 2004 and 2009.
