Andreas Grøgaard

Andreas Grøgaard began their work experience in 2006 as a Buyer at Aker Solutions, where they were responsible for procurement, supplier negotiations, supplier development, and delivery. Andreas then worked as an Investment Broker at Verdispar Securities ASA before returning to Aker Solutions as a Tender Coordinator and later as a Tender Manager.

In 2013, Grøgaard joined Subsea 7 as a Project Services Manager, overseeing tender and project execution for subsea installations of oil and gas equipment.

Andreas then worked at Torpol Norge AS as a Market and Tender Manager and at Storebrand as the Head of Procurement for the Claims Department. In these roles, they focused on restructuring supplier networks and implementing strategic procurement planning to increase cost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Currently, Andreas Grøgaard is employed at Norsk Hydro as the Head of Procurement & Facility Management for Global Business Systems. Andreas manages IT-related procurement needs globally, overseeing a team of 18 individuals spread across multiple locations.

Andreas Grøgaard earned their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Management from BI Norwegian Business School, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Andreas also completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management during the same period at the same institution.
