Head Of Battery Technology at Norsk Hydro

Arshad Saleem has a diverse work experience in the field of energy and technology. Arshad currently holds the position of Head of Battery Technology at Norsk Hydro since March 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Power2U Sweden AB as the Technology & Product Development Lead (CTO) from 2017 to 2021.

Arshad's experience also includes working at KIC InnoEnergy, where they served as the Lead Technology Analyst for decentralized energy and battery storage. Prior to that, they obtained a PhD in Distributed Generation, Power Systems, Control, Automation from DTU - Technical University of Denmark during the period of 2007-2010. Arshad also holds a Master of Science degree in Distributed control systems, System Engineering, Multiagent Systems from Blekinge Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2005-2007.
