Brigitta Körtvélyesi

Brigitta Körtvélyesi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Brigitta began their career at Tesco Hungary in 1998, where they worked in various HR positions, including HR- training coordinator, HR Manager, and Training Manager and Professional Trainer. During their time at Tesco, they developed recruitment processes, implemented new selection tools, and managed HR suppliers.

In 2011, they transitioned to the role of HR Recruitment Leader at Tesco Hungary, where they were responsible for company-wide recruitment strategy and talent management. Brigitta also played a key role in graduate recruitment campaigns and participated in leader selection. Additionally, they developed and implemented an Assessment and Development Centre for recruitment processes.

In 2015, Brigitta moved to Auchan Magyarország Kft., where they worked as an Innovation HR Manager for over a year. Brigitta then joined Norsk Hydro in 2016 as an HR Development Expert within the Global Business Service division. Brigitta'sresponsibilities included providing strategic and operational HR advice, workforce planning, recruitment, and compensation.

Brigitta continued to progress in their career at Norsk Hydro, eventually becoming a Lead HR Business Partner for Global Business Services. In this role, they led a team responsible for strategic and tactical HR support in IT, Finance, and HR service areas across 24 countries. Brigitta'sresponsibilities also included location strategy, corporate HR initiatives, and promoting employee engagement and diversity.

Brigitta Körtvélyesi completed their Bachelor's degree from JPTE between 1997 and 2000. In 2012, they became an SHL OT/OPQ test expert after attending SHL Hungary. In 2016, they obtained the qualification of Qualified COACH (ACC) from Foresight Solutions Kft.
