Charlotte Axelsen

Charlotte Axelsen possesses extensive experience in human resources and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Global Business Services at Norsk Hydro since August 2018. In this role, Charlotte drives effective HR strategies across departments in multiple regions, contributing to strategic direction and workforce planning, while also managing complex employee relations and social sustainability initiatives.
