Dan Hedemann

Dan Hedemann serves as the Operations Manager at Norsk Hydro since August 2022, overseeing strategic and tactical operations at one of the world's largest extrusion facilities while focusing on safety, employee care, and quality system development. Prior to this role, Dan spent nearly eleven years at Copperhead Chemical Co Inc, where responsibilities included managing production for various industries, driving continuous improvement, and leading hazard analysis studies. Dan's engineering background includes extensive work as a Process Engineer, developing manufacturing processes for innovative products and qualifying process equipment. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
