David Lukasak`

David Lukasak has held several roles in the metallurgy and research field. David started their career as the Quality and Technical Manager at Sapa Extrusion North America in August 2006 and held this position until June 2011. David then became the Chief Metallurgist North America at the same company from June 2011 until their departure in 2014. In 2014, they joined Norsk Hydro as the Director of Innovation and Technology Extrusion North America and is currently employed in this role. Prior to their time at Sapa Extrusion North America, David worked at Alcoa for four years as the Chief Metallurgist, which included a nine-month assignment in Russia.

David Lukasak has a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, obtained from 1980 to 1985. David then went on to complete their PhD in Materials Science and Engineering at Penn State University, from 1985 to 1992.
