Doug Hilderhoff is an experienced professional in the metal procurement and market intelligence sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Metal Procurement at Norsk Hydro since January 2025, Doug previously held various marketing director roles at Arconic and worked as the Principal Analyst and Head of North America Aluminum Research at CRU. With a substantial tenure at Alcoa, Doug advanced through multiple positions focusing on global market intelligence and purchasing analysis. Doug Hilderhoff holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
