Jannicke Bernthon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jannicke held senior procurement positions at Norsk Hydro and Fortum where they were responsible for strategic and operational procurement, managing global HR and travel services, and overseeing indirect procurement. Jannicke also worked as a purchaser in companies such as Orkla Foods Norge AS, Insula AS, Jøtul Group As, Brenntag Group, Idun Industri AS, and Amedia AS. In addition, they have experience in media planning and key account management at Vizeum and Visma respectively. Jannicke's roles involved tasks such as negotiation, contract management, and strategic planning.
Jannicke Bernthon holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003. In 2013, they completed a basic course in Customs Clearance at ProTeria. In 2008, Jannicke successfully completed a program at Kreativt Forum and another one in Marketing at Vizeum Academy. Most recently, in 2019, they attended the Business Technology Academy, where they specialized in AI, Data Management, and Data driven innovation. Jannicke also holds additional certifications, including a Lean Yellow Belt from the Kaizen Institute obtained in January 2021, and a certification in Public Procurement No/Supply Regulations from Tekna obtained in September 2018.
