Lene Nordbotten

Lene Nordbotten is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Head of IT Strategy, Governance, and Finance at Norsk Hydro since September 2014, Lene also holds additional roles as the Information & Technology Director and Business Information Security Officer for Hydro Corporate, along with serving as Finance Manager for the Cyber Risk Program. Prior to this, Lene worked as Chief Digital DNA Manager and IS/IT Contract Coordinator. Lene began their career as an Account Executive at SAP from August 2013 to July 2014. Lene holds a Master's degree in International Management from BI Norwegian Business School (2010-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution (2007-2010), complemented by coursework at Renmin University of China and Grenoble Ecole de Management. Recent education includes a Board Company Certification obtained in September 2023.
