Leonard Blattner

Leonard Blattner is an accomplished leader in commercial transformation and sustainability within the extrusion industry, currently serving as Director of Commercial Transformation Extrusion Europe at Norsk Hydro since November 2017. In this role, Leonard is driving sales transformation through innovative strategies, leading sustainability initiatives, and managing CRM and business intelligence systems. Previously, Leonard held various leadership positions, including Co-Founder of Tannwerk, which focused on sustainable products, and Account Manager at Sapa, where expertise in sales and project management was developed. Leonard's educational background includes a Master of Science in Consulting & Management from FOM University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Engineering from Hochschule Furtwangen.
