Mandy Carrier

Mandy Carrier currently serves as the Benefits & HRIS Manager at Norsk Hydro since October 2024. Prior to this role, Mandy was the Corporate Benefits Manager at Hornblower Group from June 2021 to October 2024 and held the position of Benefits Specialist at Hornblower Cruises and Events between March 2020 and June 2021. Mandy's early experience includes serving as a Studio Coordinator at School of Rock and a Human Resources Assistant at Cozzini Bros. Additionally, Mandy spent several years in education as a Music/Choir Teacher at Forest Park School District 91 and as a Long Term Music Substitute at Lyons School District 103. Mandy holds a Master of Music in Education from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a minor in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Triton College.
