Nhung Palmen - Pham has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Nhung started their career at Tilburg University as an Administrative Medewerker in 2007. Nhung then worked at C&A as a Verkoper from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Quoratio as a Trainee Salarisadministratie before moving on to KPN, where they worked as a Factuurservice Medewerker and later as a Servicedesk Medewerker from 2012 to 2016. Nhung then joined Sapa as a Functional Specialist CRM/Salesforce Admin from 2016 to 2017. Their most recent position was at Norsk Hydro, where they worked as a Functional Specialist CRM/Salesforce Admin from 2017 to 2020, and then as a Coordinator Application Support/Salesforce Admin from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the Team Lead CRM at Norsk Hydro.

Nhung Palmen - Pham earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Personeelwetenschappen from Tilburg University in the period of 2005-2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Propedeuse in Facility Management from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in 2005. Nhung then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University, completing it from 2009-2011. In 2016, they studied HBO Functioneel Beheer at NCOI Opleidingen. Nhung also has additional certifications in Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org obtained in 2018, and PRINCE2 from AXELOS Global Best Practice obtained in 2017.
