Radosław Szulc

Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked at the European Commission as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant from February 2022 to January 2024, supporting reforms aimed at job creation and sustainable growth. Tomasz's involvement in academia includes being a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023. With substantial experience in various European institutions, including the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, Tomasz has held multiple roles related to coordination and project management, beginning with the Ministry of Economy and Labour in Poland from 2003 to 2005. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, obtained in 2003.
