Robert Debreceni

Robert Debreceni has a strong background in IT and service management. Robert worked at Norsk Hydro from 2016 to the present, starting as a Technical Operations Manager and eventually becoming the Director of GBS IT Service Management Office. Robert'sresponsibilities included developing service strategies and improving customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they worked at Transcom from 2005 to 2016, starting as an IT Helpdesk Analyst and progressing to the role of Global IT Manager. Robert also worked at the Hungarian Central Statistical Office as a Coordinator of Electronic Data Dissemination from 1999 to 2005.

Robert Debreceni earned a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Miskolc between 2001 and 2004. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Business and Management Sciences in Nyíregyháza, Hungary, from 1996 to 1999. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Robert completed their high school education and obtained their diploma from Nyíregyháza High School in Information Technology & Economics from 1992 to 1996.
