Thomas B. Svendsen

Thomas B. Svendsen is an experienced professional with a robust background in sustainability and project management. Currently serving as Sustainability Manager for Hydro Extrusion North since May 2017, Thomas leads the development of sustainability strategies promoting environmental stewardship. Previous roles include Market and Business Development Manager and Application Engineer at Hydro Extrusion, Project Manager at Bergen Group ASA overseeing critical projects for the Norwegian Navy, and Project Manager at Seadrill, managing extensive upgrade projects for offshore oil rigs. Thomas also held engineering positions at Axess AS, contributing to asset integrity management projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Management from Nord University and ongoing studies in Sustainability Law at BI Norwegian Business School.
