Thorbjorn A. Unneberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thorbjorn A. began their career at Orkla ASA in 1991, where they served as the Sales and Marketing Manager for Nidar until 1995. Thorbjorn A. then worked at Duracell as the Country Manager for Norway from 1995 to 1997. In 1996, they joined Procter & Gamble and held various positions, including Managing Director of Gillette Group Norway, Nordic Marketing Director of Gillette, and Nordic Customer Director/COO of Gillette Group. In 2003, Unneberg returned to Norsk Tipping, where they initially served as the Executive Vice President of Trade and Brand Management until 2013 and later became the Executive Vice President of Sales and Customer Relations in 2014. In 2015, they were promoted to the position of Executive Vice President of Customers & Market at Norsk Tipping. Unneberg is also currently a Board Member at Lotteries Entertainment Innovation Alliance since 2020.

Thorbjorn A. Unneberg's education history is as follows:

From 1987 to 2001, they attended the University of Bath, where they received a BSc.Hon degree in Business Administration.

In 2006 to 2007, they enrolled at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) to pursue the Solstrandprogrammet, focusing on Ledelse (Management).

In 2011 to 2012, they attended the IESE Business School and completed the Advanced Management Programme, specializing in Management.

In 2017, they participated in the Executive Programme at Singularity University.

Lastly, in 2022, they are scheduled to attend the IESE Business School for a Digital Transformation program, although the degree name is not specified.
