Trent J. Gallett

Trent J. Gallett is a manufacturing engineer at Norstan Inc. since April 2022, with prior experience as a manufacturing engineering intern at New Berlin Plastics. While at New Berlin Plastics, Trent utilized Lean and 5S practices for facility organization, designed end-of-arm tools using SolidWorks, and improved layout flow with AutoCAD. Previous roles include maintenance assistant at Milwaukee School of Engineering and package handler at UPS, where Trent demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving skills. Early experience at Panera Bread involved customer service and product knowledge. Trent holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, completed in 2022, and graduated from Oak Creek High School in 2018.
