Kinna Patel

Kinna Patel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1992, they began their career as a Junior/Senior Software Developer at Questionmark, where they later transitioned into roles such as Development Programme/Team Manager, Development Director, and Applications Delivery Manager. Kinna then moved to Phase Forward as an Applications Delivery Manager before joining 1E as a Development Project Manager.

In 2008, Kinna joined RCI Banque as a Development Manager/Scrum Master and later served as a Software Delivery Manager/Scrum Master, Deputy IS Director/IS Director. After that, they worked at Ladbrokes as a Senior Delivery Manager/Scrum Master and at Vocalink as an Application Delivery Manager/Scrum Master - International.

From 2018 to 2021, Kinna worked as an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master at Enterprise Rent-A-Car before transitioning to SIS Ltd as the Head of Software Delivery/Director of Software Delivery.
