Shantanu Dholakia

Shantanu Dholakia has a diverse range of work experience. Shantanu currently holds the position of VP of Operations, Strategic Intelligence at Norstella since June 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded Thrivefull in May 2022 and served as a Cofounder until June 2023.

Before that, Shantanu had an extensive tenure with TeleTracking, starting in 2012. Shantanu held various roles, including Director of Commercial Strategy from May 2021 to September 2021, Director of New Market Development from January 2020 to May 2021, and Director of Health Systems - AMC / International from May 2018 to December 2019. Shantanu also served as Head of Client Strategy, UK from September 2015 to May 2018, Chief of Staff from January 2013 to August 2015, and Business Manager at Avanti Patient Flow Consulting from July 2012 to December 2012.

Before joining TeleTracking, Shantanu worked as a Graduate Assistant at The Pennsylvania State University from August 2010 to May 2012. Shantanu also served as a Graduate Assistant/Business Intelligence Analyst at TeleTracking Technologies from May 2011 to January 2012.

Shantanu began their career as an Intern at the College Of Dental Sciences And Hospital, Indore from January 2008 to January 2009. Shantanu then worked as an Assistant Medical Superintendent at Convenient Hospitals Limited from February 2009 to May 2010.

Shantanu Dholakia has a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in Dentistry from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. Shantanu completed their undergraduate studies from 2003 to 2008. Shantanu then pursued a Master of Health Administration degree in Health, Policy, and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. Shantanu obtained their MHA degree from 2010 to 2012.
