Hendrik Lume

Hendrik Lume is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and management roles across various organizations. Since February 2018, Lume has served as a Partner and Senior Consultant at Nortal. In addition, Lume has been a Member of the Regional Management Board at the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania since March 2024, and previously held the position of Country Manager for Estonia at the Deutsch-Baltische Handelskammer from October 2017 to February 2018. Lume’s earlier career includes a Senior Consultant role at EY from December 2011 to August 2017 and a Research Assistant position at Prognos AG from November 2010 to November 2011. Lume holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the Hertie School, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School, and a degree in European Studies from Maastricht University, complemented by an exchange semester in political science at The University of British Columbia.
