Jekaterina Popova is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent sourcing and recruitment coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Sourcer at Nortal since November 2021, Jekaterina has contributed to digital transformation efforts globally. Prior to Nortal, Jekaterina worked as a Recruitment Coordinator and Agency Recruiter at CV Keskus from December 2007 to October 2021, managing recruitment projects across various sectors including IT and sales. Jekaterina's career began in sales roles at AS PR Põhjarannik, and educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Tartu and attendance at Ahtme Gymnasium.
